This is Mark up in Seattle. I just wanted to let you know the picture; “Quiet Morning” arrived in perfect condition. I put it up in my living room and it is absolutely beautiful. I really love it; it gives a perfect feel to that room.
I also appreciate how good of a job you did packaging it. I was a little surprised when the FedEx guy pulled a large crate off the truck.
So once again it looks great, I’m very pleased, and I’’ll tell everyone I know where I got it.

Ordering
All of Doug Remien’s photographic images are found by visiting the galleries page. Inside the various galleries you can further your search by entering key works in the search box. Once an image is selected you’ll be directed to the shopping cart and offered choices on size, framing methods, shipping, and payment options.
Shipping
The following shipping information pertains to all of our print products:
- Every package is fully insured.
- Depending on size and shipping destination, we’ll use either FedEx or UPS.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of images in stock.
- Custom orders or out of stock items may require additional time. In such case you will be given an estimated date of arrival with your order confirmation.
- Express or alternate delivery is available.
- Within the continental U.S. shipping rates vary by size, weight and distance. Shipping and handling costs are calculated automatically when you place the order.
- Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and international locations please contact us for rates.
Exchanges and Returns
Doug Remien Photography provides a 14 day return policy on all of our print products ordered through this web site. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Prepaid shipping is required. Please note that there are no returns on custom orders.
We must receive all returns or exchanges in resalable condition. If damage has occurred, we will at our discretion, place a value on the damage, and any credit issued will be adjusted by the appropriate amount. To make a return or exchange, contact us first, then return the product in its original packaging materials to the address listed below:

If the original packing materials are no longer available, visit your local packaging store for the proper mailing procedures and please be sure to insure it. Once we have received the package, we will ship your new product as soon as possible.
For customers who purchase from one of Doug’s fine art shows, all returns are to be made before the show’s closing on its last day. To facilitate this, please contact Doug directly on his cell phone at 248-613-4057.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unusual event of a damaged or incorrect order call us as soon as possible at (248) 613-4057. You may also contact us via email. Please be sure to provide us with your name and contact information.
In the case of a damaged image, if physical damage is made to the box, keep the box so that the carrier has a chance to inspect it. Regardless of how the damage occurred it’s our policy to attempt to fix it, at our expense, with a framer in your local area. If, however, a local repair is not possible we ask that you place the product back into the original packaging materials. A call tag will be issued for the shipping company to come and retrieve the package. We will reship your replacement as soon as the original order is received. The same repackage and call tag procedure is to be followed for incorrect orders.
